COAL MOUNTAIN STORM AND SAWNEE MOUNTAIN THUNDER (SIMS) WILL JOIN FORCES IN 2013 FOR RISING 12U TEAM. OPEN TRYOUTS COMING IN JUNE!
The 2011 Coal Mountain Storm and Sawnee Mountain Thunder-Sims (formerly SFCB Longhorns) will combine teams in 2012/2013. Open tryouts for the rising 12U 2012/2013 team will take place on the following dates/times:

Time: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Location: Will be communicated upon tryout request
Date: June 27, 2012
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Location: Will be communicated upon tryout request
*Date: July 11, 2012
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Location: Will be communicated upon tryout request
*Position specific position equipment should accompany the player to any tryout. Please make sure your son wears their protective equipment and brings plenty of fluids! July 11th tryout date will be a player/coaches makeup date.
This new team will be a competitive 2013 Majors Team playing in a limited number of Sunday only tournaments in fall of 2012, and a minimum of 14 tournaments in 2013, and will travel to Cooperstown in 2013!
What will the 2013 12U team be comprised of? Dedicated and committed baseball coaches, players and families with the highest respect for the game of baseball. Ability to play at the 12U major’s level and continue to be coachable in the fundamentals of baseball. The coaching staff is dedicated to ensuring that every player works hard to achieving these goals, while maintaining respect for the game, while having fun playing!

A player profile sheet will be forwarded to you, which must be completed and returned via email or brought to a tryout.
