SD DIAMONDS BASEBALL TEAM
EVALUATION/CLINICS FOR FALL 2012/2013
12U TRAVEL TEAM
WILL BE HELD SATURDAY JULY 14TH AND SUNDAY JULY 15TH.
The location will be at Sawnee Mountain Park:
3995 Watson Road, Cumming, GA 30040
Evaluations will be held by Coach Dennis, owner of The Swing Doctor.
Sat. 7/14 10:30am - 12:00pm
Sun. 7/15 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Please bring in a completed registration form to your evaluation session. You can find that at

Cost: $20.00

Private tryout sessions are available if your son is not available on tryout day. Call and set up an appointment at 678-521-2570.
Also, if you do not get a chance to pre-register, please just show up and we can fit you in.
