2013 First Redeemer Saints 9U Travel Baseball
Coaching Philosophy:
FRS Saints will focus on teaching fundamentally sound baseball skills, technique and strategy.
FRS Saints will have a safe environment both physically and emotionally for boys to learn and compete while learning Christian based positive life lessons to help them as they grow into young men.
FRS Saints will coach the boys on how to translate their competitive nature into mental focus and self-discipline which will help them reach their full potential and set them up for success on and off the baseball field.
Finally, baseball is a game and we will have a fun environment where the boys look forward to coming to practice and games.
Cost:
FRS Saints cost are $100 in the fall and $800 in the spring.
Schedule:
FRS Saints fall schedule will include Sunday afternoon field and cage practice.
FRS Saints spring schedule will include 35-45 games composed of Lanier League and local tournaments. We will practice 2 -3 days a week and complete the season by mid-June.
We will practice at First Redeemer Sports Baseball Complex at 2100 Peachtree Parkway in Cumming.
First Redeemer Sports Mission Statement:
The mission of First Redeemer Sports is to use athletics to train men, women, boys, and girls, to faithfully reflect Jesus Christ by instilling within each person Christ-like character in the context of authentic community.
Tryouts:
Our first tryout is Sunday, August 19th at 4:00 pm at First Redeemer. There is no cost to tryout.
