WHO WANTS TO PLAY FOR THE YANKEES!!
Developing Winners has been our focus for several years and we have the means to teach your son the game they love in a fun, friendly environment. Baseball is a lot more than just the game, if you know Travel Ball, it becomes a lifestyle. We look for boys that will treat their teammates with respect and want to work hard for one another. We look for families that like to be around one another, hang out socially, and count on one another for support during the long season. We truly are trying to build a Baseball Family that wants to stay together for the next few years.
We've worked hard to put together a Coaching Staff that includes a Pitching Coach, Hitting Instructor, Director of Development, Fielding Coach, and Manager. We have many years of Coaching and Playing experience that will help the boys learn the proper fundamentals of how to "make the play". We help you save $$$ by not requiring Professional Instruction just to learn the game. Our budget reflects our passion to teach the kids with hands on, in-practice instruction. We rotate the players to allow development in every position in hopes of developing all the players to handle the job at each position. Trust in the staff of the Yankees and you won't be disappointed.
Now setting up Pre-Try Out schedule for the new 9U ECB Yankees. Starting in Fall 2013 the Yankees will be looking for some big bats, big arms, and a great attitude. We are not just looking for one or two players but more like 3-4-5, depending on the talent we see. If interested please email for discussion: ecbYanks@gmail.com
We are offering Private Try-Outs as needed, and Confidentiality is a given. Additionally, we plan to offer a Pre-Try Out the week of 6/24, so please contact me if interested in the 9U Yankees.
East Cobb offers Try Outs for all 9U Teams on July 27/28. Please Register online @ http://eastcobbbaseball.com/forms.php
Our schedule will be to select and develop a Roster before Fall. Allow the Fall Sports to take priority with a light Fall schedule. We'll go indoors during Winter for Pitching and Hitting work. The Spring rolls around and we get started on the Tournament Track. We plan to play 12 Spring Tournaments including one Travel Trip (usually the beach) depending on the parent feedback.

Very excited to see who want to play for the Yankees in 2013/14.
There's a certain pride of wearing a Yankees uniform that few ballplayers get to experience.

Happy 4th!! One week from yesterday (7/10) we host our 2nd Pre Try-Out for the 2013/14 East Cobb Yankees.
We already have 12 players scheduled to attend and would love to see what your son can bring to the Yanks for next season.

We're looking forward to hosting our Pre Try-Out Clinic on 7/10 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.

| Had our last Pre Try-Out Tonight and I have to say there is no shortage of Good Ballplayers in this part of Atlanta. I'm excited to see how we do, once our selections are made, and know for a fact we're going to have a tough season against some of this talent. Good luck to all the teams, Coaches, and families in the selection process to choosing the right Travel team for your boys. I look forward to seeing each of you on the diamond! Coach Marc |
