11u Hobgood Fury Tryouts for 2014/15 Season
Hobgood Fury Baseball will have two 11u teams - a Major/AAA team (Strickland) and a AAA/AA team (Bane).
When: (New Date) July 27th, 1-4pm (Rain Date - Aug 2nd from 9am-12pm)
Where: Hobgood Softball Park - Field 1 (6688 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock)
Cost: $10

Fury Major/AAA (Strickland)
Our coaching staff has over 50 years of combined baseball experience. We return a great core of players and families. Over the last two season we've utilized a philosophy of "fun and fundamentals" to win 9 tournaments, including 10u championships at:
- 2014 USSSA Super Summer NIT
- 2014 USSSA Georgia State (Runner-up)
- 2014 Champs Wear the Rings NIT
- 2014 USSSA Astro Invitational
- 2013 USSSA Say Hey Kid Classic
Fury AAA/AA (Bane)
Our team was formed in Fall of 2013 and comes with coaches that focus on player development through professional instruction and structured practices to help players develop the skills necessary to be successful and foster a love for the game. Our young team has competed on different AA/AAA levels and have been competitive in several tournaments including:
- 2013 Scorpions Baseball Catscratch Runner Up
- 2014 Grandslam Kickoff Classic
- 2014 WPB Park It Champions
The Fury program is part of the Fury Academy, a 20,000 sq. ft indoor baseball facility with professional instruction for hitting, pitching, defense, and strength/conditioning. Free use of the facility for Fury team members.

| With two teams trying out at the same time, it's difficult to put a number on this. We're simply looking for talented players with a desire to play baseball and represent Hobgood Park. |

My son is having tonsils removed July 18. Doctor says he's likely out for 9-10 days after.
