Fresh off of a strong showing at the Elite 32 (40 teams) finishing in the top 10 this year, OTC is ready to get back at it again. We will be looking for a few players to add to an ultra competitive core group of boys that are focused to getting back down and finishing the job( 3rd time is a charm)... Our core values don't change, we prioritize fundamental teaching over trophy chasing. We pride ourselves on making our players better and mentally tougher every year as they grow into young adults... We also, have a great group of supportive parents that make it a joy to come to the ball park and understand the concept of team 1st.
Tryouts will be held on Sunday August 16 at 3pm; Cochran Park 305 East Atlanta Rd, Stockbridge Ga 30281
We will also conduct private workouts at our OTC facility in McDonough by appt only on Aug 17, 19 & 21.
1st let me start by saying thank you for considering us as a choice to find your baseball home next season, we are equally excited to bring in some new talent to add to our strong core group of boys.
Unfortunately, we have to limit the request for private tryouts to next week with the dates indicated above due to conflicting schedules and the need to start the fall season
I know some of y'all also inquired to see how many players we will be carrying next year... we will continue to carry 11 players like we have done over the past few years, we find that 11 gives us a better rotation to provide a fair amount of playing time to all...
