The Fellowship of Christian Athletes-Barrett Baseball rising 10U Expos team will hold tryouts for the 2016/2017 season. We are an established team with a strong core group of kids returning but are looking for players to complete our roster. In particular, we have a need for kids with experience at Catcher and Pitcher but are looking to round out both our infield and outfield positions as well.

Who we are:
The 10u Expos are a partnership program working with local FCA leadership as well as the Barrett Baseball/Hitters Park training facility. The instructors of Barrett Baseball/Hitter’s Park will drive the baseball instruction process while the FCA provides coaches a model of developing character and faith. This competitive baseball program emphasizes:
•Creating a positive, fun environment for kids and families.
•Fundamentals development including attitude and approach to the game.
•Fall: Focused on practice/scrimmages; mini-camps hosted by former MLB players/coaches.
•Winter: Indoor workouts at the Barrett facility with 1:1 pitching and hitting lessons.
•Spring: Practice weekly with local league play as well as weekend tournaments.
Our Focus:
Our mission is to create an baseball development setting of personal accountability by all (Players, Coaches and Parents) while ensuring we maintain a positive, welcoming, and fun learning environment that encourages developing young leaders through leveraging Christian based teachings and values.
