TRIPLE CROWN D1&D2&D3 FALL SOUTH ATLANTA OPEN
MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA (RED HAWK PARK AND SURROUNDING FACILITIES)
NOVEMBER 4-6TH
TRIPLE CROWN D1, D2, & D3 Fall South Atlanta Open - McDonough, Georgia
Event Dates: 11/04/2016 - 11/06/2016
Event Format: (8u-13u metal, 14u-18u wood)
3 game minimum guarantee. 2 pool games and then into single elimination.
*YOUR TEAM WILL COMPETE AT THEIR 2017 SPRING SEASON AGE GROUP. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR TEAM PLAYED 10U THIS PAST 2016 SPRING BASEBALL SEASON, THEN THEY WILL PLAY AT THE 11U AGE GROUP THIS 2016 FALL BASEBALL SEASON.
Age Cutoff Date: 5/01/2017
Awards:
1st place: Team and individual awards
2nd place: Team and individual awards
TOP 2 TEAMS EARN BERTHS TO: Triple Crown World Series (Steamboat Springs, CO), Summer Nationals (Myrtle Beach), and both Fall Nationals (Las Vegas, NV) & (Saint Augustine, FL)
Deadline for Entries: 10/31/2016
*Equipment Required for Participants: 2 new baseballs and 1 used baseball per game. Get them back from the umpires at the end of each game.
When Game Times Available: 11/01/2016 @ 10:00am EST
Special Events: Check-in one hour before your first game at your game site to turn in your birth certificates, and to make sure your bracket/schedule has not changed.
ALL FACILITIES will charge admission. $5 per day. No coolers or outside food allowed in the park! Metal cleats only DURING GAMES!!! PLEASE WARM UP IN TENNIS SHOES OR TURFS BEFORE THE GAME STARTS!!!! ...please do not wear cleats on Sports Complex walkways. Please warm up in your turfs and then change over to the metal cleats for your game!!!!!
