1. Gamers - Playing mostly 12u now
2. Ninth Inning Dodgers - Toughest 11u schedule to date
3. Gainesville Braves - Bouncing back and forth between 12u
4. Kennesaw Generals - Starting to figure it out.
5. South DeKalb Tribe - Only Getting better.
6. South Forsyth Giants - second toughest 11u schedule to date.
7. EAB - Now Proven.
8. Smartense Angels - Next 4 weeks will be tested.
9. OTC - Need to see more.
10. East Cobb Astros - Who would've thought it a mth ago.

Atlanta Metro. Excludes Cell Block and Vikings.

You appear to be missing Cell Block and a bunch others. Only the top 3 would be accurate at best.

The Astros would be about 16th in a true top 20 list.

No doubt cell block would be top 3 and I'd guess vikings would be somewhere 8-15.
