1st Tryout @ Macedonia Field in Canton July 9th
What is the hardest thing about baseball? Is it hitting? pitching? defense? It is none of those things. It is focus.
A major league game lasts on average 3 hours, 5 minutes, 45 seconds in 2016. During those 292 pitches, the ball is in a movement for a grand total of 8 minutes. That is a lot of time to have your mind drift.
Things like focus training as well as mental training, teaching what mindsets are and how to form them are all things addressed in our program. We are not training players for this level, when coaches control their every move on the field we are training players for the next level, when they have to figure out themselves.
