Cherokee Thunderbirds

The Cherokee Thunderbirds will hold tryouts for the upcoming 2017/2018 season.
We will hold two tryouts. Players are encouraged to attend both but it is not mandatory for consideration.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to sign in and so your player may warm up.
Catchers should bring their gear.
Tryout Dates:
Tuesday, July 11 @ 7:00pm
Saturday, July 15 @ 10am
Location:
1375 Gilmer Ferry Rd.
Ball Ground, GA 30107
Field 1 – Lions Field (Downtown Ball Ground)
The Cherokee Thunderbirds will play various USSSA sanctioned, as well as open A / AA tournaments. We are looking for several players with a solid foundation to round out our team.

We are multi-sport friendly for the Fall and, as such, will be playing Sunday Only tournaments.

At this point, tryouts are still as scheduled for tonight at 7:00pm. We don't anticipate much, if any rain in Ball Ground and it should taper off by 5:45 or 6:00.

**** FINAL REMINDER ****
The Cherokee 14U Thunderbirds will hold tryouts for the upcoming 2017/2018 season.
We had a good turnout this past Tuesday evening and look forward to seeing more this Saturday morning.
If you are unable to make it this Saturday but wish to try out, please email perry@thepenningtons.cc. We already have a few which we will be seeing separately so we are trying to put together a common time for all to try out together.
