Objectives Pitcher- Proper throwing mechanics/ Instruction Drill work/ workouts for between starts/ arm pre-hab and re-hab/ Catching – receiving/ blocking/ receiving/ footwork/ throwing mechanic/ philosophy of catching
Spring Break Camp

ECB Academy will be conducting day camps during the summer months. Please come and join our staff of former Professional and College coaches and Players. At camp we will learn the basic fundamentals of baseball of fielding, pitching, catching, outfield play and hitting.
