Congratulations to the Shaw Park Predators, placing second to the ECB Longhorns!
Shaw Park beat several strong squads (Kennesaw Generals, Eastside Hurricanes and Adcock Scorpions) to reach the championship game against the Longhorns. Game went 5 1/2 innings with final score 4-3. Teams were tied at 3 after 3rd, with Longhorns putting across the winning run in the bottom of the 5th. Solid defense by both teams on a blustery day.
Congratulations to the ECB Longhorns for winning this tournament as showing a lot of heart coming from behind in both the semi's and Championship games. Also, a great showing from Shaw Park the entire tournament.
