GA POWER BASEBALL 13U - Myers is looking to add a paid coach to its staff. This team was led by Coach Jeff Myers and Coach Scott Strickland last year, both former D1 players and longtime successful coaches in the North GA area. This is a very solid MAJOR program going 45-20 last season in the major division. We have a great field to play on at Patriots Park in the Acworth / Woodstock area less than 5 mins from Hobgood Park. We are specifically looking for a Coach that will lead our infield development and will be a hitting instructor on the team. We expect that we can offer a competitive compensation package while also potentially building up private lessons for the right candidate. The GAP Baseball family is growing this season with 8 teams and we expect to see that continue. This is a well establish club team with over 20 softball teams that compete at the highest level and baseball is now rapidly catching up. This team received a top 20 ranking nationally by TbS ( Travel Ball Select ). It will be an outstanding opportunity for a coach that enjoys baseball and wants to be a big part of the coaching staff. This coach position will report to the Head Coach Jeff Myers. There is a great possibility of extended growth for the right candidate into other baseball teams within GAP family.
