"Developing and Maintaining the Competitive Arm" for throwers.
The goal of the program is to train throwers with the same demands as used in game situations. We will use a variety of Plyometrics, Dynamic Flexibility, Medicine Balls Drills, Thera-Band, and Weighted Ball drills to prepare each player for the demands placed on his/ her arm to maintain a healthy arm the duration of the season. This program is proven to add velocity and decrease arm injuries in every age group.
This program is for baseball and softball players.
Ages 11u and up.
