Hello - My name is Kirk Doyle - I am a professional / Full - Time baseball instructor here in the Atlanta area.

My company - Next Level Sports Institute was spawned from the oldest & most respected baseball school in USA - Doyle Baseball Academy in Winter Haven Florida @ The Detroit Tigers Spring Training Facility / "Tiger-Town". - With over 300 MLB players, 540 minor leaguers and 6,200 college payers in our alumni. We are the only baseball program that has an actual teaching curriculum. What that means for your athlete is thay he or she will receive a systematic approcah to the teaching sessions so that they can themsleves work on things at home on their own. Unlike most other instructors... I see my goal as to try and "work myself out of a job" with a student... by giving him or her the tools to succeed on their own. Many instructors feed their students the ball at the same speed and location throughout an entire lesson.... thus making the hitter "looks good" - which in turn makes the instructor "look good" - which in turn creates more inquiries from bystanders for lessons for their own kid. The difference with my teaching methodology is to recognize weaknesses and turn them into strengths.... in order to achieve this.. the student must be challanged constantly.

The personal enjoyment I get most out of training young athletes is very different than most coach's ... most coaches strive for and enjoy seeing "results" more than anything... What I find most rewarding is not the "results" but more-so seeing a student commit to "the process". Once a student marries "the process" of true development... "light bulb" moments become a common thing during training. When I see a student begin to coach themselves... I know no other thing that is more satisfying! Average players make adjustments game to game. Good players make adjustments inning to inning. Great players learn how to make adjustments pitch to pitch. When a player gets smarter by committing to the priocess.... only then can immediate adjustments be made by the player without any outside input. When I see that starting to occur.... that is my greatest pleasure!

My Father, Brian Doyle & Two Uncles Denny & Blake Doyle all three played in the Major Leagues. My Dad led the NY Yankees in the 1978 World Series in hitting with a .463 batting average. Denny played for 13 years for the Boston Red Sox and Blake most recently until 2017 was the hitting coach for the MLB Colorado Rockies. They started the Doyle baseball school in Florida when I was just a kid... I basically lived there and have been around the highest levels of baseball and it’s teaching my entire life. I played and had a very successful career as a college and independent ball player. After my playing days came to an end...I began a career as a professional baseball instructor. This is what I do “full time”. I have the equivalent of a PHD in “Baseball".
