Paulding County High School will be hosting feeder baseball tryouts for the 2019-2020 season for any player who is in grades 6-8 on Sunday, August 4th at 4:00 pm. Anyone who is interested in trying out must bring a current physical that is updated. All players who are interested in trying out must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure that tryouts begin on time. Please wear the proper attire which includes: baseball pants, shirt, cleats, and a hat. Players will be evaluated on fielding, hitting, throwing accuracy, and speed.
Also, if weather becomes an issue, tryouts will be moved to a later date. Parents will be notified beforehand if tryouts will be moved due to weather. All practices for the Fall of 2019 will be held at Paulding County High School in the evening. All home games will be played at Paulding County High School and will usually begin around 6:30.
If your feeder high school does not have a Fall baseball team, you are still eligible to come tryout for Paulding County High School.
Flyers for tryouts will be available at your middle school open house on August 1st.
