The Southeast Sox are going to expand to 1 16u and 1 17u group coming this fall! We are currently hosting tryouts @dbat west Cobb

The Sox are a highly competitive and developmental program that takes players current talents and challenges them to get better.
We will be practicing out of Dbat west cobb Monday-Thursday and our home field will be at Reinhardt University and Lakepoint Sports Complex!
We are looking for C/O 2023 and C/O 2024 players for 16u.
We are looking for C/O 2022 for 17u.
This organization offers Arm care and development with the use of individualized programming. (J bands, long toss routine, cross over symmetry, and Driveline Plyocare balls) We offer a strength program that is done during practice. We offer bat speed programs, utilizing Driveline weighted bats and hitting plyoballs, blast motion, and hittrax.
Each player is given a recruiting video.
Every practice and game is filmed.
