We have a great opportunity for your player to help fill our Spring 21 roster with the East Cobb Colt .45s Navy 14u team.
Our Coach: Chris Halyard. He's been coaching youth baseball for 19 years. His 1st priority is to get your son ready to practice and play like a high school ball player. His goal is to get your son on his high school team. He's one of the best pitching coaches in the area. He's direct (like a HS coach), he's passionate about executing the game from an IQ level and a physical level. Coach Halyard's system has put a lot of kids into the college level.
Our players: AAA and above players . They play with a high level of IQ and work constantly on executing the physical part of the game. They are above average in baseball IQ as a team due to playing with Coach Halyard over the last 2 years.
Who we are looking for: AAA and above players. Specifically we are looking for a Shortstop, Left Handed Pitcher, and Catcher. If your son is an athlete and has the baseball IQ then we want to see him at our facility as well.
Where do we practice: We have both the East Cobb Baseball Complex, our own indoor facility (Kennesaw) and an additional practice field in Kennesaw to use.
We've had several players try out over the last few weeks and we did not take them. We are being very selective on who joins the team so that we can compete at the highest level the team can go.
