The Georgia Spartans are looking for high school level players to complete its 2021 Spring and Summer rosters. Both seasons information are provided below. We are an organization that strives to be the best in everything that we set our minds to, on and off the field. Though winning isn't everything and we believe that whole heartily, our goal is to win as many games as we possible, compete for championships and get our players to the next level! We believe in healthy competition for playing time and development, promoting Christian morals and values, and actually teaching players fundamental skills needed to succeed at the next level! We are located out of South Gwinnett High School in Snellville, and fields in Loganville Georgia. Teams are coached by current HS Coaches and former HS/College players.
Spring Season:
The Georgia Spartans are looking for all positions to complete its Spring roster. This season is about winning and preparing our players for their summer teams. We are looking to play 20-30 games starting in March till mid/late April in the form of double headers with other travel teams and a few tournaments as well. Tryouts are the last weekend in January, and we will start first weekend in February for "Spring Training Camp".
Summer Season:
The Georgia Spartans will be competing almost exclusively in Perfect Game, including the 18U WWBA Perfect Game National Championship, along with other National Tournaments such as Under Armour and Grand Slam World Series. We will also have a practice or two that will feature up to 10 colleges to watch our team practice/scrimmage for maximum exposure! Players that demonstrate collegiate level abilities will also have the opportunity to be promoted throughout our extensive network of 100+ collegiate and professional contacts!
Positions we are looking for: Pitchers that can consistently throw strikes (preferably throwing 80mph+)and positional players that can hit at a high level! - Perfect Game Sunshine State Championships (Jacksonville, Florida)
- 18U WWBA Perfect Game National Championship
JULY
- Possible Hosted Tournament
- Inner Squad Practice/Scrimmage (College Scouts in attendance)
- Grand Slam World Series (Panama City Beach, Florida)
