| For sale: HomePlate pitching machine by Sports Tutor. Pitching machine is in good conditioned and was just inspected and serviced by a Sports Tutor local technician last month. This machine will throw a fastball up to 90mph LH and RH Curveball, Slider, and Changeup. It is fully programmable and each pitch can be programmed for speed, pitch type, location. You can also program up to 8 programs each with up to an 8 pitch sequence of pitches mixing up pitches, speeds, locations, etc. and you can then randomize the program. The interval between pitches can be set to 7 seconds or 10 seconds. You use real baseballs (the Baden kevlar seamed work best and last longest). This is a great machine. We are a small private school and don't use this machine or it's features enough. We would like to buy new uniforms and selling this machine would allow us to do that. The price is $3500 and it must be picked up (It's a big, heavy, well-built machine). These are the machines that you see with the video simulators like the ACE5000 where you can put an actual system in with it to have a real simulated pitcher delivering the pitches. Thats the top end upgrade, but still an option. These machines retail for $7995.00 so you are getting an amazing machine for less than 1/2 of the original cost.
