What is the ' going rate ' for paid coaches of teams who are high school age players ; 15-18U ; the games themselves wouldn't start until early to mid May , going approximately through end of July .
Obviously it may range per experience both as player and as a coach and I'm interested to learn about that too
Do you pay them in advance - weekly , monthly or at seasons end ?
