Bucs baseball is an organization founded on moral principles of integrity, accountability, discipline, and respect. Not only will we expect our players to adhere to these principles, our coaches will adhere to them as well to give our players and there families the treatment they deserve. Our mission is not just to develop baseball players, but also to develop young men as they grow and move on to situations that will require a great deal of maturity such as high school and college level baseball.

Practices will be held at Coal mountain park, Cumming, Ga and creekview high school in Canton.
The team will play a AAA-Major level schedule
Coaches:
Head coach: Andrew Grogan will be the 13u head coach. Coach Grogan grew up playing for the east Cobb astros where he won multiple WWBA National championships, and a CABA World Series. After high school, he attended Chipola College and won back to back JUCO World Series. Additionally, he was voted panhandle conference pitcher of the year, 1st team all region and JUCO all American. He then moved on to play for the UNC Tarheels where they won the 2019 ACC Championship.
Assistant Coach: Kyle Wilkie also played for the east Cobb astros. The players were on the 18u wwba championship team together as a pitcher catcher duo. Coach Wilkie was a multi-talented athlete, and high-level high school quarterback.
Coach Wilkie moved on to play Clemson where he was a 3 year starter behind the plate. He was 2 time All-ACC and a 12th round draft pick by the Pirates in 2019.
Our coaches are devoted to developing personal relationships with the players and helping them get better in any way possible. Our program will include advice that doesn’t just stick to the baseball field but also the overall development of the athlete. Being so fresh out of the game, we have an understanding of where the game is at the highest levels. We will not hide the truth from these young guys or sugarcoat anything as this hampers their growth. Instead we will help them identify strengths and weaknesses and guide them towards setting goals in order to get where they want to be.
