the season has barely ended and I see a lot of high end players finding new homes, and even some teams changing facilities entirely. ( welcome coach 17). I personally know a few elite Georgia teams, and a few very good teams have reloaded and look scary already. With that being said, who is making the right moves and who are the teams to beat?
