Curious to see know what others are seeing with regards to Roster Size at the 13U and 14U levels.

Asking for Major Team - more arms vs. AA / AAA Team where all players should be given more time to throw.

I've seen an avg of 12 but as high as 17 on a roster.

Recommendations?
