Moving from 12u to 13u how do you coaches feel about metal cleats vs molded . My question is do all your pitchers keep 2pair of cleats ? When pitching from tuff mound I would think they wouldn't allow metal cleats is this true ? And if so if your changing pitchers in middle of a inning and the pitcher your putting in has on metal cleats does the ump allow time to change cleats ? My only concern is pitching from turf mounds
