Great tournament last weekend with some very good 10AAA teams playing. Several teams will probably not finish the year as AAA and get the bump to major. 23 teams played in the event!
Macon Impact won the ship going 6-0 (Congrats). Other teams I noticed...
ECB Braves - They are a very good team with a lot of talent and well coached. Ran into Impacts Ace!
Troup Academy - Very strong defense with solid hitting. Came in 2nd to Impact.
Acworth - Solid team with great hitting.
Gamers - Definitely a strong team, lost a close one to Acworth.
Titans - All around good team!
These were my top 6 teams in the tournament, but the Upper Flight was loaded with all good competition. You really had no idea who would win from game to game! Great tournament early in the year!!!!
