I guess it's already time to start posturing for next season...so the rumor mill is churning. For the record, Combat is NOT merging with an organization that shall remain nameless out of respect for all parties involved.
We still have the most important and competitive part of our season ahead of us so that will be our focus.
Since the same core of guys is always in the middle of this stuff, let me just say that our goal to keep our group together through high school. 90% of our roster are 7th graders so we feel like it's possible. I am told by those who've been though this before that current eight graders in our age group will play with their grade at some point...and it creates holes in your roster.
So, sorry that I can't provide any hot and juicy gossip for the water cooler. Can you guys verify this stuff through TMZ before putting it out there...lol! |
