The below so called "ranking" is just one man's view and fun to "point and counter point" is all.

I'll say this...The class of 2024 is going to be a great one! IMO, from someone who's seen two older sons go through travel the 9u age group is the closest in talent to the current 12's and that group is as talented as it gets. However, I'll add that the overall number and level of teams in 9u is far better than the current 12's were at this age. When the 12's were 9 there were only really about 5 teams in the conversation.

Here you go:

1. Yard Dogs - This team goes to show athletes just win. Not to takeaway anything from these boys they have worked hard and deserve it.
2. Gamers - Gap has been closed.
3. Titans Orange - They will win a Super NIT or State at some point.
4. Game On - Speaking of State, it will be fun. Keep up the nice run.
5. OTC - Try and write them off and they just come back stronger.
6. Gainesville - Not enough depth
7. Kennesaw - Next seasons newest member of the Majors.
8. Buford - Need to be playing better competition.
9. SF Giants - Too inconsistent, but when hot are capable. I give them the spot only bc they have beaten most teams in the top tier.
10. GA Giants - speed, speed, speed. Looked like setting up for a Giants vs Giants NIT championship before the rains.
11. East Cobb Longhorns - Not scared to play anybody.
12. Hobgood - interesting bc they've been in hiding...by looks of this weekend I guess preparing to make a late season run.
11. Home Plate Chili Dogs - Not really sure of any noteworthy wins deserving of the spot, but I'll give them the nod.
12. 643 - Keep waiting....but this hasn't been their season.
13. Cherokee - inconsistent. Seem to be peaking a right time and should make a AAA state run.
14. Titans Blue - Close but not quite there yet.

Sorry if I left anyone deserving off the list.
