Don't shoot the messenger, but a few years ago my son's 12U team played a squad known as the Lynch Mob. At best, this would come under the category of "strange" names rather than "great" ones.

Crazy. Not sure who would have thought that was a good idea. Was their park/city/county named Lynch?
