Outgoing 15 parents. Did anyone play an out of state tourney they enjoyed? Not looking at Ripken as we hate MB. Loved Orange Beach last year, but not playing any UTRIP tourneys this year. Any help?

At 15U if you are traveling out of state to play, it is probably for PG in Florida or a college showcase. Kids are getting a bit old at this age for beach vacations where you play a little baseball. Keep in mind that once you hit 15U the season doesn't start until High School ball ends.

We went to Greenville this year and played at the Black Bear Classic. While there we took in a minor league game. Was a good time and reasonable for pricing.

At 15u we played in the CABA World Series in Charleston. Great tournament, well ran, 6 or 7 game guarantee, good competition. We also went back and played it again at 17 and are looking forward to playing in it at 18. We had some players get great exposure and interest from the East Coast schools that normally don't travel as much to LP or to FL.
