5-Tool Sports Training Center is gearing up for this off-season with our first round of Performance Training Programs starting next Monday, November 2, 2015.
Session I:
Combat Pitching and Throwing Program - This program is a 6 week, 12 session program designed to strengthen a players body through the throwing motion. This program focuses on core strength, lower body strength and explosiveness, and arm strengthening exercises. Average gains of 3-8MPH. Players will be tested in several categories, and tracked throughout the program to show their progression. Ages 9+
Classes will meet every Monday and Thursday, November 2 - December 17, 7:30PM - 9:00PM (No classes week of Thanksgiving)
Cost: $250
5-Tool Performance Training Program - This program is designed to strengthen a players body through each of the "5-Tool's." Players will complete drills and exercises to increase their ability to hit for power, hit for average, velocity (arm strength), speed, and defense. Players will be measured throughout the program to track their progress. Ages 7+
Classes will meet every Monday and Thursday, November 2 - December 17, 6:00PM - 7:30PM (No classes week of Thanksgiving)
Cost: $250
LIMIT 12 PLAYERS PER CLASS. ADDITIONAL SESSIONS COMING SOON!
