My kid got a drop 8 last year about this time, and he has really grown over the last 6 months. He has been wanting a BIG bat!
I made an offer on Ebay and got a 2015 Omaha 32" 27oz for $99........Wasnt expecting much as I have never even held this bat, just saw it in a few games(other teams) and liked the way it sounded(and the price).

For being an all metal one piece bat I was blown away at how sweet the graphics were and the grip has just a little oversize at the base. My son was blown away at how sweet it was feeling in his hands just like I was.........I told him this was a Big bat and he better hit the top of the baseball with it or he'll hit pop up after pop up.
He had No problem getting around with it even though its 5oz heavier and 2 " longer than his last bat.
It is Balanced and the quality is apparent..
First plate appearance with it he got plunked, but the second he hit it about 230' that looked like a pop up that kept carrying..over the fence it went so Obviously he has a new best friend......

I highly recommend this bat for anyone looking for a drop 5!
