Prime Performance, an elite sports training facility that specializes in sports training for youth athletes, is hosting a Sports Nutrition & Mental Toughness Seminar & Workshop on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 6:30 till 7:45 PM at our facility in Roswell, GA.
Athletes and parents are welcome to be a part of this combined specialty seminar & workshop.
Topics include:
- Pre and Post Game Eating Habits
- How to Fuel Your Athletic Machine for the Best Outcome
- Get Your Head in the Game and Learn How to Handle Pre-Game
Anxiety
