Let's get some chatter going! Not many out there playing in this age group but so far my top 5...

1. West Cobb Bombers
2. Mizuno Gwinnett
3. Thunder All-Stars
4. Mountain Park Panthers
5. Titans Orange
6. Kennesaw Generals...Have to mention them as well.

Glad to see our teams out there getting the experience this fall, looks like it will be a competitive age group! Hopefully come spring/summer there will be more 'Major' teams and we can play some really good baseball every single game! Looking forward to it that's for sure!

West Cobb Bombers should be on everyone's # 1 list.

Great pitching and great defense and a solid team that plays great together.

Top 3

1. West Cobb Bombers
2. Mizuno Gwinnett (close game recently against West Cobb Bombers)
3. Kennesaw Generals .... great Coach with a handful of football players, so they will be better once football is over.

Norcross split with Mountain Park this past summer, and played in the same tournament with Kennesaw. I'd have Kennesaw ahead. East Cobb's A team is also very good and deserves mention.

It's pretty amusing how we did not get mentioned in your forum but then again the forum is for entertainment purposes. I wonder what the post will be after next weekend's tournament. Now I know you're wondering what team I am referring to; I'll just say, you'll know exactly what team next Sunday in the championship game.

Now this is the kind of chatter I was looking for! I was simply going off the teams I have seen so far this fall, and since you did not reveal your team...I guess we haven't seen you! All the best this weekend!

From what I saw this fall, and I haven't seen everyone...
I would say Mizuno Gwinnett, West Cobb Bombers, and East Side were the top three teams. Just under those three teams, there are many teams that will be right there in the spring. The Georgia Expos, Kennesaw, Titans Orange, & GP Yard Dawgs all look solid. Again, I'm sure there are more teams that I haven't seen yet, but this Spring should be a lot of fun. I look forward to the competition!

how does anyone not include Fayette force (force baseball academy)? They've beaten everyone in your top 5.

This discussion was based on kid pitch, not coach pitch.
You guys on the coach pitch level are absolutely a top 5 team.

1bag ... I haven't seen anyone ask for it (like you referenced) but it is a different game, so time will tell.
you better get a bunch of practice before you play the West Cobb Bombers in Kid Pitch.

Taking nothing away from you guys for you are an awesome Coach Pitch Team but my advice would be start talking about kid pitch when you can back it up.

I guess you didn't see the GA Bandits last year at 8u. They didn't play a single kid pitch event at 8u and stepped right in to kid pitch at 9u and are still at the top. Don't believe all the hype that if you don't start kids pitching at 8 the team will be behind.
