Free Professional Catching clinic for boys and girls Friday 12/9 with Michael Barrett and Jake Mayers from 6-7:30pm at SmarTense Training Facility.
The clinic will be split up into two 45 minute segments. The first segment will be for ages 8-13 and second segment for ages 14-18.
There will be no need to bring catchers gear. The clinic's sole purpose is to educate players on strengthening their legs to prevent injuries and improve performance.
