Brandon Barker will be conducting an intense 3 week workout to get you ready for your 2017 season.
The workouts will be baseball specific and designed to strengthen the core, improve speed and agility, gain explosive power and increase stamina. If you are looking at gaining an edge on your competition these workouts are a must.
These high intensity workouts are devised around strength and conditioning programs used by MLB teams and will utilize Battle ropes, Super sand bags, the Woss System, Medicine balls, Jump ropes, Agility ladder, the Super 7 System, Crossover Symmetry and much more. The workouts will be conducted at the Black Knights Indoor Facility located next to All Tournament Players Park in Marietta off Canton Highway.
Brandon played at Division I Mercer University and was drafted by the Braves in 2014 and was the one of the Braves 2015 minor league pitchers of the year. The Baltimore Orioles negotiated a trade with Atlanta for Brandon in 2016 and he just completed the season with their AA affiliate the Bowie Baysoxs.
There will be a total of 9 workout sessions with 3 per week. Players will be divided depending on age and strength. You will learn exactly what you need to do as a baseball player to gain explosive power, strengthen the core and increase your speed and agility. There will be a maximum of 12 players accepted so you will want to hurry and get your name on the list. The class will start right after Christmas.
