SUNDAY SERIES #1 D2/D3 (CUMMING)
EVENT DETAILS
Dates: September 9, 2018
Location: Cumming,#8203; GA
Divisions: 8u - 14u
Format: 2 Game Guarantee
Entry Deadline: Sept. 4, 2018
Sunday Series events are aimed towards the 8U-14U Divisions, allowing newly formed teams, and teams with multi-sport athletes to get their reps in and prepare for the long spring season!
The Cumming Sunday Series events are exclusive to Divsion 2 and Divison 3 type teams (Mid-Low AAA to AA/Rec All Star). Divison 1 teams may participate, but MUST play up an age group. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Age Cutoff Date
May 1, 2019
Event Format
2 Game Guarantee. Top two teams in each age group play a 3rd game for the championship, and over half of the field will get an additional game as well.
Game Times Available
10:00 AM on Thursday, September 6th at the latest.
Gate Fee:
$5 for Adults
$3 for Children 12 and Under
Children 5 and Under are FREE
Please Note: All gate money collected for any SE Triple Crown Franchise event goes straight back to our supporting our facility partners, concessions, and field workers to ensure the long-term health and partnership of providing PREMIUM events on a yearly basis. SE Triple Crown Baseball does not keep ANY money collected at any of our events (Prepaid $150 team gate when available, or Individual gate fees)

10 AND UNDER: $270
11 AND UNDER: $270
12 AND UNDER: $270
13 AND UNDER: $350
14 AND UNDER: $350

1. All umpires (No pay-at-the-plate!)
2. First-Class facilities
3. Professional, courteous, and attentive Triple Crown Staff, on call anytime for the duration of the weekend
4. Champions and finalists awards for each age group
Awards
Top 2 teams in each division receive team and individual awards, along with berths to our National Events!
8u-18u:
Triple Crown World Series (Colorado, California, Utah)
Summer Nationals (Myrtle Beach)
Las Vegas Fall Championships (Las Vegas)
Florida Fall Championships (Saint Augustine)
For 15u-18u ONLY:
Additional Berth to the USBC in Richmond, Virginia
If your team has qualified, please contact the Director for that specific event for more details.
Equipment Required for Participants
Please be sure to upload your COMPLETE team roster for the event prior to your first game. Once you step foot on the field for your first game, your roster is LOCKED and you cannot additional players to your team. All players on the roster are required to have their Authorization Waivers completed before playing. Additionally, all teams are asked to carry all birth certificates on them at all times, in the event of a protest.
**TCS does NOT provide baseballs for this event. All teams provide 2 new baseballs and 1 used baseball per game. Get them back from the umpires at the end of each game.**
Please remember to warm up in turfs or tennis shoes at all facilities, and then change over to cleats/spikes right before game times. #8203;

Please Note: If your team is `Penciled In`, but have not completed payment, your spot is NOT guaranteed until your registration is received in the Triple Crown office. Once paid, your team will go from lowercase to all caps. ALL entries must be received in the office no later than the TUESDAY prior to the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
