Welcome to NWBA’s Baseball Performance Training forum presented by Rapid Sports Performance! Serving the metro Atlanta area with locations in Alpharetta and Woodstock, Rapid has been training high-level baseball players for over 15 years. We take tremendous pride in providing a first class, individualized training approach for our baseball family, with a spectrum of middle schoolers all through more than 50 MLB/MiLB players. Additionally, Rapid serves as a consultant to the Georgia Tech baseball program in Atlanta. We believe in using a progressive, biomechanically driven approach to program design, and are honored to be able to share weekly information with you!
