Even if he doesn't play the sport the training for another sport will work muscle groups and hit on things he normally doesn't do, and that will help his body develop. Also, after his work outs make sure to put him in the pool. Swimming is great for the body, it will aid in muscle development and repair after a strong workout. |

Posted - 03/13/2015 : 09:48:44 If you are looking for an endorsement Blitz Sports on the low side of Canton, not really far from Marietta, is AMAZING! They offer speed and agility and strength and fitness classes for all ages and they get very VERY good results. My son typically goes in the summer but they offer classes now too. They are very good at working with what the kid already has and improving it, not just turning them into robots that all move the same way.
