Where do your kids train for baseball, in season and off season? Trying to find a place for my high school kid to train to get stronger and faster. Looking for a place in or near Cobb County.

If you are looking for an endorsement Blitz Sports on the low side of Canton, not really far from Marietta, is AMAZING! They offer speed and agility and strength and fitness classes for all ages and they get very VERY good results. My son typically goes in the summer but they offer classes now too. They are very good at working with what the kid already has and improving it, not just turning them into robots that all move the same way.

Also look outside of "baseball training". Even if he doesn't play the sport the training for another sport will work muscle groups and hit on things he normally doesn't do, and that will help his body develop. Also, after his work outs make sure to put him in the pool. Swimming is great for the body, it will aid in muscle development and repair after a strong workout.

If you're SERIOUS, not much better than Rapid Sport Performance in Woodstock. Many pro and top D1 players train there.
