Astros and Roadrunners both lost the first bracket game but all that know these two teams should know that they plenty deep enough to still win it all.

It will be a tough road but neither team is throwing in the towel. We have not played our best baseball yet......
They(Astros)are listed on the upper right side of the bracket. The Astros won their game 13-1 vs BL Outlaws, and the Roadrunners won 8-0 over the Marlins from Puerto Rico.
Roadrunners lost a tough one to D1 Elite in 8 innings. Kid stole home on 0-2 pitch with 2 outs. I think the ump forgot to call 3rd strike when he saw the kid sliding into home and catcher missed the tag.
Surprised by Astros losing to the 2 teams they did in bracket play. THA and Gamers were probably the smallest teams here but scrappy.
Nitro jumped on Tomateros 4-0 with Grand Slam in top 1st no outs and still couldn't add-on or hold on.
I'm sure Astros and Roadrunners represented Georgia with class down at the Elite 32. It's a good experience for the players and coaches to see how they stack up to the top teams from different states. Sounds like Astros were low on players, but battled with what they had.
Time for all the recruiting and team swapping to start up!
The Astros and RR's represented GA in the right way. just came up short. It is 12u baseball. They all had a blast. My son made many new friends from Cali, Fla, and other parts of the country....and had a blast even though he lost...
