Double PLAYS Baseball will be holding open tryouts for its first 8U – 14U travel teams for the 2018-2019 season. We will have 3 sessions on July 15, 2018, August 12, 2018, and August 19, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Benjamin E. Mays High School, 3450 Benjamin E Mays Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. Participants may attend any one or all 3 sessions. Practices will be held at one of several fields primarily located in SE or SW Atlanta. The baseball program will be overseen by Coach Jay Witherspoon, former coach of The Club’s highly successful 2018 - 11U Red baseball team and Double PLAYS' new Director of Sports Programming and Lead Baseball Trainer. Private tryouts can be arranged also.
