The shortstop will add to their incredible defense but he may not be playing short too much considering the ss they already have i think is the best around. I think he adds more to their pitching staff than anything else. The slugger you mention i'm not sure where he will fit in on that defense but if he brings his big bat they will find room for him to play. They will be tough.
