THE #1 RANKED TEAM IN STATE IN USSSA
The Gwinnett TITANS are looking to add 2 more high AAA / Major members to its family for the 2010-2011 upcoming 13U season. We are a highly competitive team with a unique program that emphasizes the qualities and focus that make true ballplayers.
We have a solid core of players but are looking to build a team that will compete at the top levels of 13U baseball. We recognize this is the time of year to evaluate potential new talent with the goal of improving team performance. Our emphasis will be on preparing boys for a high school baseball environment. We seek parents and players who want to play for a team and coaches who will make decisions based on observations of the player’s heart, mental toughness, attitude, approach, hustle, skill set and desire. Such decisions will include player positions, lineups, and playing time. Focus will be on developing accountability, positive attitude, respect for fellow teammates and coaches, mental toughness, baseball IQ, and baseball skills.
If you think your son has what it takes and you think you are tired of coaches who tolerate bad attitudes, lack of effort, poor discipline, then maybe the Titans are for you. As in high school and college ball, a Titans player earns his playtime.
In 2010 season we won 6 tournaments (won 24 games in a row) and made the championship game of three others. We have access to very nice playing fields for practices. We recruit from and have players from all over the Atlanta metro area.

TITANS TEAM PHILOSOPHY
* We will run until the opposition proves it can throw us out
* We will throw strikes and trust our defense
* We will not allow teams to play small-ball against us
* We will punish teams that get too aggressive on the basepaths
* We believe that players will strive to repeat actions for which they receive praise
* We use specific positive reinforcement with high repetition to create muscle memory and develop instinct
* We teach Visualization as the key to both success and failure
* We believe that Failure is an event, not a person
* We will say a prayer before every game and practice, and will invite the opposing team to join us
