Astros, Titans, Patriots and Saints for sure. Rangers may move to 17U. I would guess Team Rawlings, Pride, Longhorns and Yankees will move up. Not sure about the Angels. There were 9 teams in 2011, so 8 - 10 would be a good estimate. |
