The Alpharetta Xtreme will be hosting a tryout clinic on July 19 and July 21 for players interested in playing on our 2013 12U team. The clinic will be lead by our professional instructors (see below).
Location: Alpharetta High School Softball field
Time: July 19 – 6:00 – 8:00 pm
July 21 – TBA
Cost: $25

About the Xtreme: When forming the team last year, we emphasized player and team development as our number one goal. To help achieve this, we brought on two former MLB players as lead instructors. Glenn Sutko (Cincinnati Reds) and Brad Clontz (Atlanta Braves) were instrumental in developing our boys into better baseball players. Both coaches will be returning to the Xtreme for our 2013 season.
Without a doubt, we are very proud of our boys’ development and success together this season. In the 12 tournaments we entered, we played in the championship game 8 times and won 4 championships. Most importantly, every player is finishing the season as a better player.
Fall Team:
We are also forming an independent fall tournament team. Emphasis will be on player development and we will have an expanded roster to accommodate football and non-football players alike.

We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday night for the tryout clinic. Based on registrations, we will begin the check-in process at 5:15 pm which should give the boys time to warm-up prior to the 6:00 pm start.
Reminder: please email Troy Gibson at troygibson@msn.com to register. Walk-ups will of course be accepted but pre-registration helps us plan.

Reminder: registration begins at 5:15 on Thursday. Please arrive as early as possible due to anticipated turnout.
Location: if you enter Alpharetta High School from Webb Bridge, take an immediate left and follow the road to the bottom of the hill where you will see our field (the AHS girls softball field).
Also, in answer to a FAQ -> yes, we will be going to Cooperstown. |

Tomorrow's tryout will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Check in will begin at 10:30.
