Game Ready Athletics Cavaliers baseball (the "Cavaliers"), an established travel baseball organization at the 16-18U level, is forming a 15U team that will play out of Old Milton High School in Alpharetta for the 2013 season (this fall and next spring). The Cavalier program was formed by former college coaches and players (the founder played and coached at the University of Maryland) to provide a solid instructional program to support players at the high school level and beyond. Many former players have gone on to play college baseball.
The 2013 15U Cavaliers will participate in College Showcase events, Triple Crown Tournaments, and Perfect Game events, among others. The 15U Cavaliers anticipate playing in both Perfect Game Tournaments that are run out of East Cobb every summer. Additionally, particularly in the fall and early season, the Cavaliers will have some practices in a group setting with the older teams that will provide "Clinic like" practices with a focus on fundamentals and positional instruction.
The 15U Cavaliers will commit to a controlled roster size to ensure ample playing time with only 11-12 positional players (excluding PO's) and our overall team budget will be manageable - well below that of many other 15-18U organizations. The 15U Cavaliers will be headed by a coaching staff with deep experience in Travel Baseball and include staff members with college baseball playing experience.

Tryouts will be held on the following dates:
* Saturday August 4th from 6-8pm at Old Milton High School in Alpharetta.
* Sunday August 5th from 10am to 12:30 at Old Milton High School in Alpharetta.
We recognize there will be conflicts during the tryout season so individual or alternate tryout dates can also be arranged. Confidentiality will be respected.

The 15U Cavaliers do also have a year round indoor hitting/pitching facility located at the Old Milton Field that will be utilized in the fall, in the winter prior to high school tryouts and during the 2013 spring season. |

Reminder: Tryouts are this coming weekend; Saturday 8/4 6-8pm and Sunday 8/5 10-12:30pm.
Old Milton High School is conveniently located in downtown Alpharetta, about 5 minutes off GA. 400 (Exit 10).
Directions from GA. 400 are as follows:
Traveling north on GA 400: Take exit 10 / Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta and exit left at the end of the ramp, heading west onto Old Milton Parkway. Travel 1.3 miles on Old Milton to South Main Street / Highway 9. Turn right onto South Main Street / Highway 9, travel 3/10th mile to Milton Avenue. Turn left onto Milton Avenue, travel about 1 mile and Milton High School parking is on your right. Enter at the southwest gate of the football field. The Baseball field is located just west of the football field - adjacent to the soccer field
