We will have some team practices in June to prepare for the event and play at the Team USA Complex June 23rd-26th. We will not interfere with your current teams schedule but will expect full tournament attendance.
There are a minimum of 8 spots to be given for 12U national team evaluations based on tournament performance, so it will help with Team USA goals.
Team Elite Baseball started in 2005 and has focused on developing and preparing youth baseball players for the college and professional level. Team Elite Baseball continues to be nationally ranked and recognized as one of the premier developmental and exposure programs in the nation each year. Over 600 players in college baseball and over 90 players who have been drafted professionally in the MLB draft have played for Team Elite Baseball.
Part of this development is through creation of opportunities with partners such as Team USA Baseball. We have been given an opportunity to send a team to the Team USA Futures Invitational. In addition to featuring some of the top youth talent in the country, the event will be a part of the official selection process for the 2016 12U National Team.
