- Agility training -- Core body workouts, Speed and Conditioning drills.

Ages 9 and up.
$25 per student/ 2 hour session Sundays @ 12-2pm or 2-4pm
Classes run from November 15th through February 1st.

Sibling discount – 2nd player $20 per class when 2 or more attend
Advance registration of 4 or more classes – Receive a 10% discount.
Attend 8 or more classes – Receive 1 free class
